Needed a great looking floral arrangement for a dear friend going through some tough stuff and it was her birthday. Mary Lou’s Flowers delivered what they said they would, when they said they would. Recipient was delighted. Not cheap, but as any printer will say, “you can have it cheap, fast, or good — pick two!” Me? I’m going for the quality whenever there’s a choice.

I placed an order through their website for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to someone who was in the area on business. I had requested for the flowers to to be delivered to the hotel the recipient was staying at. The delivery driver, Ann, called me to let me know the hotel didn't have a record of the recipient's name. Ann was so patient with me while I tried to figure out the name the room was under. She offered to come back to the hotel later in the day once I was able to figure out the correct place to put the flowers. When it was realized that the recipient would be at a different location all day, Ann didn't hesitate to offer to drive it to the other location to deliver them. I told Ann she did not need to go through that trouble, but she insisted on getting the flowers to the recipient no matter what it took. Ann provided the most amazing customer service during a situation that was very inconvenient to her. I was so impressed by how far above and beyond Ann went for my order to make it special for the recipient. And the bouquet was beautiful. Thanks so much!
