I have been going to Dr Morales for several years now, and I can honestly say that he is my favorite doctor ever! I have never come across a doctor with so many great qualities especially in a time when most doctors simply rush to get to the next patient. He is super knowledgeable and professional, however, what sets him apart is his compassion and bedside manner with the patients. He is warm, caring, and just the nicest doctor you can ever find. You go see him and he gives you the time needed and answers all your questions without rushing you. I feel blessed to have found him. And yes, I do agree with other reviewers that there have been challenges after COVID with the staff not answering the phone and getting back to you. I’m hoping that will get improved as staff shortages are corrected.
