This place need to be closed for services! Unprofessional, unqualify personnel, and breach all rules of AHCA, patients with covid are here and NO taking the precautions for safe!. My friend died here for a negligence.

First hand experience of how they “treat” their patients. From the Dr., the Director of Nursing, Social Workers - yes both of them, Nurses, CNA’s, Cafeteria staff, MDS person, Physical Therapist (& Manager); even the custodial staff; I wouldn’t put my enemy there. The limited level of care for their patients is deplorable, regardless of the patients health and mental state. The impression I got after being there in person, face to face with the above mentioned people, for 4 days - a minimum of 3-4 hours each day and then on the phone daily, sometimes multiple times hourly, for three weeks to them it’s just a paycheck. They do put on a caring empathetic show when you are there in person, face to face. They also do talk a good game on the phone. Besides lack of adequate medical care, a few of my biggest issues, taking a patients personal property for other residents *during COVID-19 and for themselves, photos taken on personal phones, listening on the phone when they come in the room to assist my loved one, and then food allergies - they actually served my family member the food she was allergic to multiple times, even though the paper said allergic. It happened twice while I was there, I will say the only two people who deserve 5 stars are the receptionists. They have to handle phone calls, visitors and do their best to create a positive professional environment.
