What a horrid service from what was once a very service-oriented organization. Not sure if they are in a process of saving money but the people are totally disorganized and truly incompetent. I have left 8 messages to have a call back from the nurse assistant to my elderly relative who has been a member for years now, and absolutely no response. There is a complete disregard for members services who are not able to visit the clinic and need inhome care. Such a ripoff

Horrible service.......you call and leave messages for the Dr and never get a call back. And the poor excuse is that the new answering service is not doing the job. I had to change my mother to Leon, and the service there has been wonderful.

I have been a long time in this clinic and my Doctor, Mr. Florez is the best Doctor of the world, he listen you you and always is trying to help.
