For almost 20 years have been dr Hoovers patient. She is a great doctor, very knowledgeable but since she opens the new office, have been seen by a nurse practitioners only, the customer service from the people dispatching the prescriptions its terrible. They have been changing personal and every time it’s worse. They don’t want to provide the complete name of the nurse practitioner, because they are not allowed. So you may not verify the license. They ordered x-rays and all kind of test not needed, JUST FOR THE MONEY! Its like you are a piece of meat in a supermarket. HORRIBLE!!!!! Never felt so insulted and disrespected!

Extremely unprofessional. I waited an hour and 15 min to be seen for a 15 minute appointment, with no concern for patient health. When I went to the front desk to try to resolve my issue, the lady gave me a significant amount of attitude. I left and tried calling to resolve my issue, I was transferred to another department and was sent to voicemail. None of my problems were resolved. Again, truly no concern for patient health. I will not be returning

I am in search for somewhere else. I have been there for years and now in the past 3-4 years I have not seen a Doctor. Always a nurse practitioner sees me. No where to park and just a greedy money meat market. They just recommend all there tests to rack up the insurance bill. Never answer the phone and fail on calling in prescriptions. It is just a greedy place trying to milk the healthcare system for all they have. It is really bad. I am out and taking my family with me.

I’ll give you the good, the bad and the ugly on this place. Chances are you won’t see Dr. Hoover at this office. You’ll see a Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant and it won’t be the same one twice unless you request it. The good part is that they have everything on site - cardiology, lab work, blood donation etc. So it’s a one shot deal and they take advantage of it. So when I did my annual there they did the blood work, sent me for sonograms and all that to make sure I’m 100%. Also, they believe in pharmaceutical medicines and cutting edge remedies including different drip therapies, hormone therapy, weight loss prescriptions etc. Also it’s a new office so everything is spacious and clean. Overall I’m satisfied. You won’t see Dr. House here but most likely you don’t need to.
