My mom is treated with these clinics, they are not responsible at all, I am positive to the covid, she called for the exam because she was here in my house for a few days and they told her that it was for those who had symptoms and she feels chills and ill But we are tired of saying that these clinics are not useful, they just want to take the money out of the insurance and point they are not interested in the patients.

The experience is quite good ... I started going with my mother a month ago ... and everyone's attention is very good ... there is only one detail that I did not like ... and I think I should comment it for you to consider ... at The Coral Way clinic, which is what my mother attends ... when I take my mother to the cafeteria, ask the first day if I could have breakfast ... they asked me if I was patient ... I said no ... that it was my mother ... The lady in the cafeteria kept thinking and told me I can give you a coffee ... I said ok ... thanks .. I have gone several times with my mother ... we go to the cafeteria ... because we have been there since 7.30 in the morning ... and they are all eating and that lady serves my mother and I am next door and all the other people eating and it gives me nothing but a coffee ... I feel sorry .my mom gives me about her ... I tell her .. not quiet commit it you ... I have gone to other clinics accompanying my mom and this had never happened to me ... I would like to clarify r q at the Hialeach diagnostic center. From the Colony ... it was different when I brought my mother tremendous attention ... and they invited me to breakfast and a lot of kindness ... (is that the transport picked us up 6.30 in the morning) ... in the Neurology consultation ... same tremendous attention ... we ate my mom and I and the girl a love of person ... but in coral way it is different you can not eat a cupcake if you are not patient ... this is sad ... because you are still patient come companion and you have the same time as the patient ... and I think that something to eat is not denied to anyone and more if they do not have a cafeteria where the companion can eat something and pay for it ... I think it has to do with the person. .this is my complaint In all the other clinics that I have visited ... the companion has the same right in the cafeteria to eat something ... and if not they sell things for the companions that happen ... we are quite few to say almost none .. thank you very much
