It's after midnight! My lovely neighbor upstairs with her kids woke me up at 11 and have been going on making noise all night long! I Called the management twice they said they will call and take care of it. But it's not working! It sounds like banging noise upstairs!! Apart from the neighbors animal noise, I think the thin walls in this hotel does not help either! I paid $200 for this?? I will need a refund for this horrible experience 😢 Edit: just found out this stain on the sheets!! That's just the icing on the cake!

I've stayed here many times throughout the the past 5 years and have never had such a horrible experience. Must be under new management, the staff was rude, denied me and my service dog after already charging me. Asked me what service she provided, when I explained he laughed at me and refused to look at her certification. Which is federally illegal. Then over charged me another 45$ for a 2 queen bed room when the price was listed at 129 for a Saturday night during the summer in high session. I told him of the price online and he ignored me and continued to charge me 145$. I was very polite and tried to convey I would take my business elsewhere. He gave me a room and then proceeded to follow me and my partner around the property, knocked on my door as soon as I got inside and said, "oh I was just checking if there was a microwave in the room". After which he followed us outside as we were bringing our things in. Truly traumatizing. The staffs name was James and when my sister called, he refused to give us the managers name.

It was ok for the price, only real issue was that the AC in our room didn’t work properly. We were just glad it was a cool night and that we didn’t need the room during the heat of the day. The bed was comfortable, (though I hate the small pillows a lot of hotels have started using). We did find a hotel of frozen milk in the fridge 🤔. As we were only staying one night we didn’t say anything to the staff. Hope they notice the bad AC before anyone else stays in that room during a hot day.

Positive: The Red River Inn was just what we needed, a clean place to stay for a night right off the highway while traveling through Colorado. The place is older but not run down. Our bed was good and the bathroom was clean. We was well pleased. Negative: The only draw back we had was the shower had very low pressure. This seems to be the norm with hotels now.
