20 minutes after we sat down someone came over to toss menus on the table.10 minutes later the waitress took our order. 47 minutes later our order was delivered to the table. 1. I ordered without onions as I am highly allergic thankfully my date saw the onions before I took a bite. 2. If what we were given was a prime rib sandwich I will say I'm sorry as it looked like a Philly steak and cheese after the steak had been put through a processor. The waitress never returned to the table and looked right at me as I tried to get her attention. 23 minutes after my date finished eating he had to get up to go get our ticket to pay. He was told to wait a minute which was another 5 minutes standing there. This was my 1st time here and it will be my last. The only positive thing I can say is the fries were okay though a bite over salted. As for who the waitress was I have no idea she didn't wear a name tag. She was tall and slender with her hair in a bun and she wore almost a camo.color pair of pants and she couldn't smile if she tried. You could tell she was not thrilled to be there.

The ambiance is way cool our waitress was prompt with drinks and food ordering and delivery took a little while to get our check after plates were cleared but we were in no hurry.. otherwise food staff and place pure rock stars from one bar and grill owner to another!!! 100% we made a return trip January 23rd and we brought friends our waitress was admittedly new but she did amazing and took extra steps to make sure our food was what we ordered how we ordered it there were a few very minor details that got overlooked due to the inexperience but still an amazing job I wish I would have gotten her name to give her props on here but all in all it was a great night and a great meal. Third time was a charm as well and we had a group of 11 this time and they still smashed it out of the park for quality and service!! A consistent win in my book!! Don't let a negative comment deter you from making your own opinion about this place there's a few comments in here that may be skewed or have left out details and one that said they're always happy with the service except for one trip and then still gives them only a two star so where's the five stars for every other time you've been happy and the best way to get a takeout order hot and fresh is to order it and wait for it and take it home with you sometimes cooking flow can't be controlled to the minute and if your food got done a little early there's only so much you can do just saying

Absolutely wonderful food and service! The waitresses are so friendly and beautiful! Their smiles brighten my day. The waitress Heather is so sweet and has awesome tattoos! Highly recommend!
