After years of this company reaching out to our real estate team, almost monthly, trying to get our business, we decided to give them a shot. Boy was that a mistake.. The property owners of the home we had cleaned stopped by the house to grab some items during the cleaning and found their trash bin strewn all over their floors. When the cleaning was done (which in fairness they did do a decent enough job in most areas..) we found an oven door broken, most likely due to someone leaning it while cleaning. No one notified us, it was just left open, and damaged for us to find.. The property owner and I were able to somewhat fix it the next day after several hours, but the kicker was during this time the company owner/manager (not sure which) never followed up after assuring us he'd get to the bottom of the issue. 72hrs later he contacted us saying he was sorry and that he had been "taking a personal" day which is why he hadn't responded sooner, and simply said they were still trying to get to the bottom of what happened. At this point we decided to just send a check to the company for the original cleaning quote so we could be done with them. As a team of recognized top agents in the DC Area we pride ourselves on providing the best resources to our clients. We failed that mission when we used Beltway Cleaning Services for one of our clients needs, and we would urge you not to do the same! The lack of professionalism in terms of how they'll handle an issue (heaven forbid you should have one!) is astounding..

Our trash room on ground level of condo building has a roach infestation due to poor service. DCRA was involved and is issuing infractions of infestation. Very filthy. No oversight by Management.
