We usually organize our conference ourselves but this time due to multiple cities in Europe, we decided to use a local travel agency. We didn't save a large amount, but It was helpful and convenient to make changes via Dupont Travel 24 hours a day, even by SMS ! That's a plus you usually do not receive with online booking services. Thanks Dupont Team.

Thanks for making my complex itinerary to Africa work! When the flight was canceled on last minute in South Africa, the only one to get me out the next day was you guys....and by text messaging at 3 am NYC time. I won't forget.

Worst accounting dept. I've ever dealt with. Our company has used them for some time - when we had a discrepancy that appeared to be a double-charge in late 2018, we contacted them and asked them to look into it. dozens of emails and many months later we still have no answer, and have all but given up on getting one. Will not use them again.

Questions & Answers

We want to go from Washington to Hong Kong in mid October for 1 week and got an online price (Exedia) of $893 on United but with 2 stops. Can you match or do better ?

Unless you must fly on UA, we would recommend CATHAY PACIFIC with non-stop flights from Dulles to Hong Kong starting under $600 for a limited time ! In October, it would be around $850 to $890. For UA only, we can do DCA to HKG via Chicago for $863 (1 stop only). We beat Expedia but we need the name(s) of the passenger(s) to hold a space and guaranty this rate. Please email, call or send a SMS with the full name as shown on passports. I hope this helps. Isabel

Can I get an idea of a trip/cost from DC to Cape Town (Oct 15+), then 6 days later to Manila, Philippines (for 4 days) then return to DC? Expedia quoted me $1,850 on Emirates.

Actually, if you are in a rush, we might recommend South African Airways on the DC to Johannesburg leg with a non-stop flight, with a short connection to Cap Town. The other legs would be on Emirates.Total: $1,880 tax included. If you prefer the Expedia route, we can get it for $1,780. The difference between DTN and Expedia is we have a 24 h SMS access from anywhere in the world in case of emergency. We'll need a name to hold it though. Please call us, email or text with the passenger's name.
