Do not have qualified help taking cut lists on custom processing. Blames customer for their own shortcomings rather than owning their mistakes. Manager does not want to hear about problems with their staff or processes. Price was not unreasonable, but because they did not follow directions much was charged for that was not needed. I would not recommend for custom processing and will not be taking my animals there in the future.

Wonderful customer service. This is the second year in a row that we have had out beef butchered at J & B and we will be back for many more years.

Green Onion and Cheddarwurst are the best in FM area. Fair prices, perfect snap, great for grilling, can't wait for lake season!
