Communication is terrible. Unable to reach anyone when I called & the mailbox was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I texted the number since it was a cell and didn’t get a response for over a week, & only then because I called the farmer who dropped of my beef, to complain. My beef was delivered to them on 8/8/20 & I was not able to pick it up until 8/27/20. Of course it’s all blamed on the pandemic & I would give it a pass but a business should communicate to their customers any issues, not ignore them. Also, website says hours are 8-4 but they are incorrect. You must call to make sure someone will be there. They didn’t come in until 3pm the day I was there.

I took two hogs down on Sunday May 10,, 2020 should have been killed on Monday May 11 but was kept in a stall alive till they were killed on May 18. I finally had enough and went and got my meat which was still hanging in the cooler today may 21. I will never go back.

Never taking meat here again. Horrible service and we suspect they didn’t give us all of our meat.
