It's a very clean and friendly place to have your meat cut.... any way you so desire. It's double wrapped with the amount of meat you want in a package. I have used their processing all of my life. And I know it is my animals I get back. The way I want in a package... no surprises

My husband and I just had a whole beef processed and the staff was very kind and helpful. The cow was processed in 9 days and wrapped well. We will definitely be using Piper's again.

They did have some meats available for purchase where you walk in at. Any other related questions, you should call them and ask.
Possibly. I buy all of my meat there. Never asked about lamb. Sorry.
