Lara was so easy to work with today. Her attention to detail and professionalism was great. Spoke with 2 other people this week that had dogs barking and children crying in the background. When I asked price neither of them asked if I was running it through insurance they just said someone would follow-up with me tomorrow. Today I get a call about it being on hold and one of the reasons was insurance denied. Had they asked I would have just said insurance won't cover and they could have given me the price. Lara did follow-up and get me pricing. This is my second time working with Freedom Fertility... some of their staff on the phones are great and some of them need a few more guidelines in place to come across as professional.

So much better than the pharmacy that I went through previously for medications. I was able to speak with representatives on the phone quickly as needed. My orders were on time and correct. The people I spoke with made accurate records of my requests, so there was no confusion. Everyone was polite. These successes might sound basic, but in comparison to my previous experience, I am so grateful.

DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION WITH FREEDOM PHARMACY. Turn elsewhere - perhaps Express Scripts, if you can. I called in on a Monday to provide my updated health insurance. By Tuesday (when I called back) I was told my insurance had been processed and I provided a card number for the co-pay. I was assured delivery Wednesday. Wednesday came and went - NO DELIVERY! I called Wednesday afternoon and they - again - assured delivery Thursday, promising to send a tracking number Wednesday night. No tracking number and NO delivery. Meanwhile, I am less than 24 hrs away from exhausting my remaining supply. This is NEGLIGENCE. Especially when customers look to them for time-sensitive fertility medications.

I must admit that after reading all of the horrible reviews on Google about this pharmacy I was EXTREMELY leery and nervous about ordering my medication from them. I am a self-pay patient. I had other choices but they were about $1000 more than what Freedom quoted me so I went ahead and took a dive. They didn’t fail me! My doctors office called in the prescriptions on Friday, I called them on Monday and placed the order, Tuesday they called me and verified the order, Wednesday afternoon they called me again to re-verify the order and card number which I okayed and told me I should receive my shipment on Thursday via FedEx. Thursday came and I received my order at 3 PM. All medication vials were intact and all refrigerated medications were packed neatly and carefully with ice packs which were still frozen upon delivery. I was amazed and thankful! If I had anything slightly negative to say which really I don’t but I would say that they initially told me that I would receive my tracking email by 9:30 PM on Wednesday which I did not receive until 10:01 PM and then FedEx tracking said I would receive my package at 1 PM and it actually came at 3pm. No biggie! I would definitely use this pharmacy again. Thank you Freedom for making this affordable and attainable.
