So far I am satisfied with Allied. My manager Keith has explained everything to me week to week on where I am going to be. I help him out in many locations as it helps me as well get more experience at different locations. Keith has worked with me as well on making sure I have time off for dr appointments, vacations, picking and dropping of my child. When I got severely I’ll at work the feild supervisor worked extremely hard to find me a replacement to come in so I could go home. Allied does not like their guards to work more then a 12hr shift if they can possibly help it, where I have worked for other companies that has made me pull a 24 hour shift. Allied might not be top notch, but I’m satisfied with my job and my manager/boss.
