If you would like a company that doesn't answer their phone,doesn't return voicemails and doesn't reply to emails, then this is the lawn service for you! Very simply, wanting to know when my aeration will be done. Tried 3 times in the past week and no communication back.

VERY POOR SERVICE apparently John is to busy to return my call I have called multiple times about issues with my service witch has been absolutely terrible this year and the woman that answers the phone is no help what so ever I called about the unusual amount of weeds after the first service this year she offered no help just excuses on top of that they owe me a aeration from last year I was told it would have to be completed in the spring when the ground was soft now they say it will be in the fall they don't do it in the spring however the website say spring or fall I have called repeatedly to talk to John and the past 2 days the calls go to a general voicemail so I called the customer service in Canada and talked to the girl who used to answer the customer service line and finally got her involved I don't know what went wrong with such a good company or why they let the clowns in Naperville handle customer service they are running this companies reputation into the ground GOOD JOB JOHN WAY TO SCREW UP A ONCE GREAT COMPANY

We had a terrible service with another lawn service. Green Drop came out last fall explained to us what happened and what it was going to take to fix our lawn. John told us that if we signed them that our yard would be beautiful by mothers day this year. We did what he told us to do and now its Mothers Day and our yard looks no different then it did last year. And now they wont return our calls. So disappointed in there customer service.
