Overpriced rentals..was looking for pediatric wheelchair and rent was almost the price of brand new. Then they send me a bill stating I rented. Suggest to shop around and compare.

Very poor quality service. Rented a knee scooter. The knee pad on the scooter had a large tear in it. Also was provided w a “delivery ticket” with someone else’s name , address and description on it. When I questioned the service person about this she got very rude and defensive. We returned the scooter in less than 24 hours but service person refused to tell me if we would be billed for having it. I found another alternative for getting a scooter. I do not recommend Alick’s and will not use their service in the future. Untrustworthy, rude, dishonest, defensive.

We are in-network with Medicare and most insurances. Our customer service representatives will walk you through the particulars of your insurance's requirements.
Check your paperwork there is probably advise for that. If not call them Monday.
Try calling during weekday business hours and ask to speak to a manager or show up to the office in person. At the beginning with a different Oxygen company I had to call numerous times and with managers. If your calling on a weekend or after hours and leaving a message, I don't know then. Always speak to someone, get a name Also, is this a new order or an existing order?
Yes they do, however 4 trips to this location, 2 appointments, nd 5 phones calls (all me to them, they cant bother to pick up a phone nd dial it), nd still no shoes! Now they say I have to call my doc ask for another (3rd one) script nd start from scratch AGAIN! THIS IS INSANE!!! APPARENTLY EVERY EMPLOYEE IS AS INCOMPETENT AS A DONKEY PREFORMING BRAIN SURGERY. Somebody has got to kick this store into shape or SHUT IT DOWN ENTIRELY. IMMEDIATELY!!!!
