I have had a whole host of issues with this office. There has been confusion due to my CPAP being registered to the wrong user. Both this office and my doctor's office are blaming it on the other and this office refuses to take accountability for any part they may have had in this issue. I am very frustrated by the lack of transparency. Also, they have failed to send me filters and other items in the mail that they promised to ship. They are also unable to provide appointment reminders, which is highly unusual for a medical office. Overall, it just seems like there is an issue with accountability and organization with this office. I have felt that many aspects of my medical equipment and their business practices were explained unclearly and that I received inconsistent answers to questions when I spoke with them.

Not once have they ever returned any of my calls. Trying to get a CPAP for the past 6 months. The times I was able to actually talk to somebody was told an assortment of stories like, "we're waiting for a machine to be available", we have a machine put aside for you, we'll call you when you can pick it up, we don't have you in our system, and finally, Insurance won't cover it (of course they didn't call me to tell me this)! So, after 6 months of trying I am finally going somewhere else.

WOW....The office staff at this company is great! Jade, Ursula, and the Resp Therapist are wonderful. I was working with two other medical supply companies and trying to navigate my insurance company... 6 weeks of BS. I called AZ Medical Supply, spoke to Jade, had my RX faxed over, and within a week I had a new CPAP. While struggling with the fact I needed a CPAP, whats the benefit to my health, not really sure about my insurance benefits, costs, supplies, and much more details; Jade and the team helped me understand. Thank you very much. I would recommend this organization and team to help you with your needs as well.

New to this whole CPAP & BIPAP stuff. I needed a lot of help and everyone seemed to confuse me even more. SO GRATEFUL to the staff at AZ Med Equipment & Supply. I worked with Jade who helped tremendously in helping my son with central sleep apnea & seizures at night from not breathing. So thankful for their help!
