Compass Detox did everything and more than I could have asked I highly recommend this detox as well as their aftercare program especially since I’ve had the unfortunate time in several other facilities I would rate this Facility a 10/10 and wish this was the first place I had gone.

The staff here are why I am saying 5 stars, for sure. I was able to open up and share stuff that I've never been able to share with anyone else. I found out how that trauma made my addiction much more difficult to leave behind, which is why I've failed on my own. The staff understand, they tell you the truth, they lay it all out for you, and they show you how to beat your addiction. I am so grateful for everyone at Compass!

Please do your research before coming here. Most reviews are ones they requested the clients write to boost their ratings. I know someone who was there, they flew him and his girlfriend free of charge. The staff counselors were great. However we later found the owner was charged with recruiting, insurance fraud, etc. They recruited and paid people to relapse. Residents were given a "comfort cocktail" in the Oasis Facility(same owners as Compass and W.A.R. Network and there is no coordinating meds with primary drs) when asked patients were not told what it was thus overmedicating them. They also had cameras with live feed in the bedrooms.Before anyone from detox responds, please know this detox Is owned by the same people As the Oasis Rehab. Very sad it's all part of the Florida Shuffle making money off others addictions.

I needed this place and these people. I've tried to get clean before, but it never stuck. The staff here have showed me how to make it stick. I can do this now.
