I tried this location, despite the reviews. My mistake. I picked up sport coat that I had dry cleaned. When I lifted the plastic, I noticed that the entire jacket was covered with strings and lint. The woman behind the counter took it back and went over it with a lint brush. (I could have done that) My expectation is when I turn something in to be dry cleaned, it should be ready to wear without further preparation. I guess I was wrong.

Friendly staff. Very professional and efficient. Does a great job. Priced just right. Work done on the premises and ready for pickup as promised. Highly recommended.

They do my shirts right nice and clean

Went to pick up my shirts and the lady at the counter informed me they were not ready, one wasn’t done. I agree to take what was ready and pick up the other one next time. A week later I go to pick up the remaining shirt ( one of my favorites ) and the lady informed me that that piece was missing and no one have been able to find it. It feels wrong because I was told first it was not ready, and now that is missing. I had my bag full of shirts for press, how could I trust them now. I’m gonna try somewhere else. The lady on the front just told me “I’ll speak with the manager tomorrow”. This was not handled professionally.
