The customer service was amazing. The sales rep answered all of our questions and we did not feel pressured at all. We have never owned a Subaru and we had been leasing with another dealer and we wanted to finance this time around and were really looking for a good family car. You should think about the mileage on your car , if you have a lot of miles you shouldn't be using the original oil. That's for newer cars, used 10w30, as long as your not leaking oil.
