Simon from the service department was very helpful as I pursued a replacement on my Roho cushion.

Very disappointed with service. Do not trust company’s that don’t honor battery warranty’s that were replaced a year ago. Manager don’t back they’re products and lied to my 89 year old grandmother.

Southwest Mobility is the best mobility company my husband and myself have found. They really go the extra mile to help. They make sure everything is perfect in every way. They’ve got great prices for all you need.

April 2021 update: After seven years of faithful, continuous service, my lift chair was pretty worn out and thus, I was in the market for a new one. I visited Mark Farmer over at Southwest Mobility here in Mesa as he and his team had been so helpful in the past for my mobility needs. Mark had me check out the various lift/recliner chairs and I found one that fit me very well. Today, less than 3 short weeks later, my new chair was delivered to our home by Mark and one of his kind colleagues who kindly set it all up, demonstrated all the functions and even took my old lift chair away! Mark, I'm so very grateful for your kind and genuine interest in your customer's needs. You carefully listened to what was important to me and you delivered BIG time yet again! Many thanks to Mark and his team at Southwest Mobility, I can't recommend them enough to help you find the items to make disabled customers more comfortable, more independent and yes, even becoming productive again! Hook 'em Babee! ______________________________________________________________________ I've shopped at this location for cane tips previously and they were friendly and kindly helped me change the tips out. I've had more difficulty walking due to progressive osteoarthritis & osteoporosis and discussed getting a mobility scooter. My doctor wrote a prescription for me in order for me to obtain a scooter using my health savings account. I began researching mobility scooters & chairs online and visited several storefronts here in Mesa. I remembered my good experience with Southwest Mobility and visited their website where I sent an inquiry about a specific model of mobility chair. Later the same morning, I was contacted by Mark Farmer from Southwest Mobility and he kindly addressed the questions I had and I arranged a meeting with him at their location here in Mesa. When I met with Mark that afternoon, he showed me the model I was inquiring about as well as another similar scooter. He informed me that he would provide Internet price matching as well as saving me having to pay sales tax with the prescription from my doctor. This came out to a savings of $450 compared to the other two stores I visited. As I didn't want a floor model, Mark said he could have a new in the box model in about a week. Sure enough, a week later I received a call from Southwest Mobility and they sent Lucas, who delivered and assembled my new chair at my home. Lucas carefully explained everything about my new chair and answered several questions that I had. Heck, he even took my registration card to personally fill it out and submit it to back to the manufacturer, Golden Technologies. I could not be happier with my Literider Envy Wheelchair. It's perfect for me in that it's easy to use, can turn on a dime, is super smooth and quiet and is fast when you need it to be or slow when you need fine control when maneuvering in your home. A BIG THANKS to Mark, Lucas and the entire team there at Southwest Mobility here in Mesa, AZ for helping me regain my mobility which has given me a higher quality of life!
