I wemt to pick up a package that i wasn't home for delivery of. When j get to the store, there is no package. Finlly after checking 3 times the guy puts in my tracking number and tells me the package was already picked up. I didn't pick up the package nor did i send anyone else to get it. The guy told me that the onlynway someone else could have picked up the package is if they had my id or a door tag which no one hadnthose. I am now having to file with corporate to get my package replaced.

Unfortunately, I don't know his name but tall dude, long hair with sweet ink was EXTREMELY HELPFUL INFORMATIVE AND PATIENT!!! Not my 1st time being helped by him. He's consistent. EVERYONE ELSE I've observed helping other customers seems the same way!

I've used this UPS Store several times to return Amazon products. The staff is always friendly, informative & professional. Went today and a younger gentleman with long blond hair waited on me and he was great! Answered my questions and was really polite (which is hard to find now days). I highly recommend this UPS store.

Joe, Chris and Ryan are all rude and lack customer service on a basic level. I had an issue they messed up and Joe was down right disrespectful and cursed at me. No apology for the way he spoke to me. As he walked out of the store because they have had a stressful day and have had to call the cops multiple times. Chris just said that he wasn’t excusing his behavior. I opted to wait for the manager Karen to return from Italy because never have I ever felt so disrespected and that wasn’t the energy I was projecting. I was simply trying to get a printing issue fixed. I wouldn’t give them one star. But a frequent customer came in and they spoke to him like they had some sense… you hate to make every negative interaction about race but it makes you wonder… I will not use this location again once I get my printing issue resolved in fact that’s what Joe said “ Go to Kinkos or some where else!” As he stormed out the building.
