Edit: ended up going and getting most my money back after arguing with the shop ‘manager’ because after having my car further looked at by subaru they had the front coils installed incorrectly as well. Very bad customer service throughout everything. Took my car down to cinci to Turn in Concepts and repaid people to redo the work and get it done correctly. Do not recommend to Xtreme to anyone who slightly cares about their car at all. Awful service and work all the way around. Took car in to get coilovers installed, dropped the car off morning at 11am said it would be done by 10am next day. Couldn’t get the car properly aligned so they had the car all day until 4pm next day and had to raise the car up higher than I wanted and still returned it with a bad alignment even after charging $100 more than quoted for it, car severely pulls and is not even at the ride height i paid for. wasted money because now it has to be taken else where to get proper ride height and alignment, wasted money. shouldn’t be out sourcing vehicles to Grismer for alignments at a performance suspension shop, if i would of known that beforehand i would of went else where to start with.

Took my car here to get my tail lights tinted after attempting to do so myself - only this shop and one other said they'd be able to do it because of the complexity of the tail light shape. After emailing to ask if they could do it, they asked me to stop by (drive 20 minutes) to look at it and see if they could do it (the other shop just had me send pictures but whatever). When dropping off, I gave the person at the desk (don't know anybody's name since they never said) an example of the tint I used to show how light I wanted it and he said "we have all three in stock but that would be the lightest". I said that's fine and that the lightest they have is perfect - I basically just wanted more of a "correction" than "customization"... to tone down the bright red lights against my white car. He seemed to get it and I left them to it. When picking up, I could already see from a distance when driving up they were darker than I wanted/expected. The other guy at the desk said something where I missed the first half of the sentence but said "darker tint is always the way to go on tail lights"... Not quite...Medium smoke is naturally going to look darker (too dark in my opinion) on a white car than it would look on any other color, basic design principle. I went with it anyway, paid, and left but then thought "why would he say that unless they went against what I requested...". Once I got home I realized my right tail light wasn't working at all, replaced the bulb in case that was the issue which it wasn't, then called and mentioned it to whoever answered. No apology or anything just "oh yeah some back and we'll address it asap"... drove another 20 minutes there, fixed it pretty quickly, so that was inconvenient but whatever. Next day I texted just to ask: did you guys use the lightest tint on my car or a darker medium tint? Finally got a reply that said "medium tint". I replied saying oh so even though I specifically said "the lightest you have is perfect" you guys went with what YOU thought is best.... then the gaslighting began, saying "No sir let me go ask my wrap guy...Ok I just asked him he said it is light smoke... There are only 2 kinds light and dark."... Odd, because the guy at drop-off said they have all THREE in stock and the guy I'm texting JUST SAID they used "medium"...? A bit shady, no? So long story short... does that look "light" to anybody? If you don't have a truly light tint, don't say you can do it, simple as that. Overall, pretty terrible customer service and now stuck with a tint that I'm like 15% satisfied with, but paid $375 for. If y'all see this, feel free to run me a refund so I can go to the other shop who might actually do what I ask :-)
