So I bought my car as soon as I did I took it on a drive to find out how she did. We found a pair of vice grips holding on to the shocks on the driver side (with in an hour of having the car)and we got it in for an estimate with tire mart. We got a po number and tire mart wouldn’t except it. So we had to restart ok fine so we did. GOT A CHEAPER ESTIMATE and was told no they won’t honor the request cause the vice grips weren’t holding the shock ( will post pictures) so my 3 main concerns are One doesn’t matter he isn’t the gm any more higher ups approved with po because of the pictures Two there is I pictures of it on the shock which can hurt the shock Three if cars are up on a lift before going to dealership then why wasn’t this found before ? Does this mean all the cars aren’t safe to drive? Is this how you treat all the customers or is it because I was upset you couldn’t even care to look into it? I don’t understand and will not recommend anyone to get their car here.
