It was a good experience. We stopped in on the way to the airport. Seems like the staff is very close knit which can be good and entertaining. But remember that Indiana is an open carry state and what better place to wear a gun but while you are drinking your coffee at waffle house

First of all I want to say I wasn’t greeted when I walked through the door they were playing loud rap music in the background these two girls that were there at 12 o’clock 1 o’clock in the morning on a Wednesday morning On May 11. I sat down nobody made eye contact with me. I immediately felt unwanted there so I left and I won’t be returning. I know what customer service looks like and I know how our business is supposed to be ran and that is not it come on loud rap music cursing in the background early in the morning you’re running a business or a club!

This was the worst Waffle House I have been to and I have been to many. I sent back the well done eggs, since I ordered them easy over. I should of sent back my hash brown potatoes that were burnt and hard as a rock. I did let the cashier know what I thought of the food I ordered. I will never go to a Waffle House in Plainfield Indiana.

I come here all the time and the service is always great, the food is always good and so is the atmosphere. Coffee is good, eggs and waffles are tasty of corse and nice friendly cozy spot to take a break and slow down for few minutes. Enjoy
