Attention CDL Truck Drivers: If picking up from Prince Castle, the shipping area can be found off of St. Paul Blvd. Park your truck once you've arrived and than check in with shipping. They'll assign you a door. If there's other trucks in the area docking will be tight but it was clear when I was there thus docking was easy. After your done getting loaded the shipper will tell you to go inside to sign BOL's. Overall these people were very friendly and easy to deal with. As long as the driveway is mostly clear you should have no trouble picking up from here.

Called Support to book an service appointment, Representative lady was so impatient that she hung up on my call while I was getting the serial number from the back of the machine. Is this the way you guys do business with customers? I called because the make of my machines was prince castle, but i guess There are other competitors in the market willing to do business....."Total Waste of Time"
