I just bought my car from carmart have bought other vehicles from them and always had great service but this car has been in the shop twice and the customer service has not been good I could hear them talking about me before I hung up the phone not happy I just wanted to say that sam at carmart apologize for the service I got yesterday and made everything right I appreciate the concern and thoughtfulness so I changed my rating and thanks to Sam and the carmart team

The paperwork you'll need to trade in your car at America's Car-Mart is the vehicle title, a valid, state-issued ID for all titleholders, registration and loan payoff information if you are still paying on your vehicle. Please bring your loan account number and lender phone number. If you have a co-signer their signature is needed to sell your car.
