Purchased a car from their affiliate (Baja auto) after a month and a half of having the car the car sounds like a 18 wheeler and won’t go over 60 speed. On the 09/24/22 Baja suggested I call Newport Motors and to speak with Wallie. I have yet to speak to him, I’m out in hold for mins and then sent to voicemail. Yesterday Tony said he would call me back, that never happened. I called again today for an update and told me I’d have to wait until Monday. Me waiting until Monday would be week 2 if not driving this car and waiting on them to get back to me. I am over this and both companies. I feel as if they know they sold me a janky car and is giving me the run around. The car was 18,000, and not worth that price. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NEWPORT MOTORS OR BAJA AUTOS! They are liars and scammers!
