My wife and I returned to Siloam Spring’s Americas Car-Mart to purchase our 4th vehicle from them. We continue to return because the staff is always friendly. They have a hassle free process that when you leave you feel like a valued customer and person. The selection of vehicles is great and they really work hard to ensure you get a deal that works with your budget. On the day I went to purchase a vehicle, I found that the sales team is extremely unprofessional and the sales guys are young with zero training, I had to basically be the seller and buyer and I had to ask to test drive the vehicle I wanted. There was no concern for my time or my value as a customer. I was on their time. I dealt with seven people… before I could purchase the vehicle they kept not knowing who is doing what they lost my paperwork asked me the same questions over and over. No one knows who Is running the place it is complete chaos… the vehicle I purchased was not maintained cleaned or serviced it was out of fuel and would not start when I wanted to do my test drive. And no one seemed to give a care at all. I will never deal with car mart again. The stories about the company are true they are a nightmare to deal with and an extremely unprofessional company.

The car itself was an ok deal. If you count two alternators going out, and the whole TCIM. But most of the people that work here have attitudes and not very committed to keeping customers. I won’t buy here again. Snooty, arrogant and rude office workers. Thankfully, my car is almost paid for.

The paperwork you'll need to trade in your car at America's Car-Mart is the vehicle title, a valid, state-issued ID for all titleholders, registration and loan payoff information if you are still paying on your vehicle. Please bring your loan account number and lender phone number. If you have a co-signer their signature is needed to sell your car.

Colonial Auto Finance, Inc. the affiliated finance company for America’s Car-Mart, will issue a payment report to Experian credit bureau and TransUnion credit bureau each month. You will see the name ‘Colonial Auto Finance’ on your Experian credit report and Americas Car-Mart on your TransUnion credit report.
The general manager is actually the owner of the franchise which is comprised of four different Car-Mart lots. Siloam Springs is one of those lots, and he is often not there due to him being needed at multiple lots at once.
