Is a really expensive place to go to do not recommend for yard waste they charged a lot for a little bit of yard waste if you need to dump I recommend to go to Belfair peninsula more affordable.

No. Oil based paints are taken to the station in Tacoma, water based paints should have kitty litter out something in it to solidify it, then it can go in with normal trash.
