As post office go this one is a pretty nice one. Absolutely no line. Service was fast and friendly. Easy Street parking.

Surprised by the negative reviews. The ppl seem nice and friendly. The issues ppl face are likely due to big government as a whole being inefficient.

Had a passport renewal done here. Absolutely the most pleasant and efficient staff here of any USPS I've been to. Make sure to read the email before your appointment carefully to make sure you've filled out and brought everything prior and you'll be out before your official appointment time!

Yes, they're still doing passports.
When no one responds, it's best to talk to a family or friendly attorney. They tend to respond to letters of demand very quickly. You could file a complaint with the better business bureau. They have to respond to them too. Best of luck, don't forget to lock your credit reports, it's the only way to protect your information. 🙏
