My wife and I bought two spots and a marker three years ago they had our spots separate so we had to fix that and in that three years we kept checking to see our marker and they still haven’t placed it so If they treat you this way while your living they probably won’t take care of your grave when you pass!

My mom would be passed for four years in December. The headstone was already paid for. The headstone is still not in place. After countless calls back-and-forth most of which was never returned.

UNprepared, UNprofessional, UNaware, UNcaring,UNable,UNclear,...Now they have made ALOT of people UNhappy, Unwanted in the future..They can't UNdue the HORRIBLE that they have done.The list could be longer..hope everyone gets the point.Check out the photos of Snow covered drives the day of service and family members having to help lower our loved one in the ground..His grave site 4 days later. BECAUSE..you got it..they were UNPREPARED!!!?
