Highway robbery - we buried my Father in law at this cemetery 3 days ago . We were charged 2400 dollars to open and close the grave . Five years ago we paid 1200 for my mother in law to be buried there . Talk about taking advantage of people during a pandemic . The national average for cost to open and close a grave is 300-800 dollars . Communication is poor as well- there was no explanation given for why the massive cost increase . Never again will we deal with this cemetery- nor will we recommend it .

I'm very sorry to do this but my experience with this company is lack luster, I've called and been told I'll be called back and never received a call. My time was waisted talking to Laura the sales manager she seems to be overwhelmed, and that's funny to me seeing as I Was there for an interview. She was too busy to talk to me also stated that she would call me back to set up a second interview never did. I waited three weeks with no call or concern for that matter I passed up several opportunities. I would not wanna think it's because of my skin color that I was treated so poorly

I want to let you know what a great job Morgan Hatton did in helping me design the memorial marker for my husband and me. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and help me pick out the words and pictures that I wanted on it. She went over and above to make sure I was happy with the design. I recommend her highly for her expertise.

I can now give Forrest Hill a good review thanks to Paula! She has helped clear up my questions and is always helpful and kind. I have bought two plots side by side and everything else that might be needed so my family does not have to worry about it. I like that I can call Paula and she either answers the phone or calls me right back so I can make extra payments on it or have any new questions. It really is a beautiful place. Peaceful and well kept.
