0600 appt. Checked in at 0530. It's 1317 and still waiting to be unloaded. They will let you park on the side before the roundabout. Absolutely crazy how long they take to unload.

Joke!!! Big waste of time. I won't be taking no more loads going to this place! Estimated time to get unloaded at the guard shack was 4 hours or longer then they charge my company $315 lumber fee to unload me while wasting valuable time on my clock

Don’t come here. They brake the pallets and count everything.It,s a nightmare. Never coming back here.checked in 7 am it’s 2pm still here. It’s was half trailer and still working on it.

This place is unprofessional its bad enough we got to pay lumper fees but they are not professional enough to give you the amount before they start unloading so you can get it approved it takes them 4 to 5 hours to unload

They didn't tell me before they started unloading me ghere would be a lumoer fee but they didn't take 4 or 5 hrs but it was a load from nose to rear door
