This is one of the greatest organizations helping veterans. I appreciate everything you're doing and everything done I've gotten further with the Northwest Justice project than any other VSO officer.

They called me once, I called five times and left 3vm for a Melissa, just to receive an email stating I'm difficult to reach. Definitely frustrating

People who can't afford representation should not complain..after all its free so they should be grateful..if it doesn't go their way...well do what!

Really hard to get ahold of but we were thankful to find someone to ask a few questions about our situation. There wasn’t much more they could do besides that

I'm not sure what you mean, but if you call the CLEAR line (211) they should point you in the right direction 😀
Thank you very much for your question. The best way to get an answer to a legal question is by calling our centralized intake hotline, CLEAR. You would need to call 1-888-201-1014 weekdays between 9:15 am - 12:15 pm. We would determine if you are eligible for our services, which are targeted to problems that affect basic needs such as housing, income, medical care, and family safety. Due to limited resources, lawyers and paralegals are not able to assist every caller, but we do our best to assist in any way that we can.

Depends on if you are served. If you were served and you didn't show up then the other person automatically gets the production order. But you can always make a motion to the court to have it be dropped and serve a declaration of what you want to say. I am not an attorney though
Hi Peggy, Sorry to hear about your legal issue. Our office helps folks seeking to vacate prior criminal records and address court debt but we can't do criminal cases. I would recommend reaching out to the appeals office of Washington State Office of Public Defense. Good luck!
Sometimes; call Clear
Sorry, I need translation.
It's not correct service and you can argue that. Call NWJustice Project intake line and speak to attorney for help and if need be get an appt scheduled.
