Way to complicated to file a complaint on an Attorney. Make it simple!

211 gives you their number for low-cost or pro bono attorneys and these people actually get angry at you for calling. And it's not just once it's over and over and it's different numbers. But the same people answering. Unless you're rich you're not entitled to be represented if you're innocent. As if things aren't bad enough you have to feel this. By the way there's a fee to get names of attorneys as if you don't know how to look that up on Google coffee. They're extremely angry and crabby people answering the phone

What an embarrassment to our state. I filed a complaint with this association as they are to represent the citizens of Washington in the upmost professional, compassionate, impartial and socially responsible manner. I requested an investigation on Karl Flaccus and his competency to represent any client. After getting the traditional form letter back, which shouted that they had not even read the complaint, I insisted they open an investigation on Mr. Flaccus's competency. A hearing was held with 3 other lawyers to determine his competence. Of course, it was ruled in his favor. The kicker … the 3 lawyer committee, only one has any ESTATE law experience and it wasn't her main focus. The other 2, one municipal law, code enforcement and land use, the other, faculty of University of Washington, environmental law. WOW! The people deserve better. WSBA … do better!

Disappointing. My children and I fell victim to attorney malpractice, unethical conduct taking advantage of us financially. I have all the evidence in the world in writing stating specific rules of professional conduct that were violated and showing dishonesty of attorney in response and practices. The BAR refused to investigate further and did not respond to the complaints and RPC's that were violated. There is no recourse in Washington State to protect clients from attorney misconduct no matter how much evidence and facts are available. My kids and I now suffer the consequences because they refuse to investigate. And attorney's more enabled to maintain unethical practices. I wrote my representatives about this, and hope for reform one day to protect our communities from unethical attorney practices.

If a lawyer has lost his license to practice law what happens to his oaths regarding client/lawyer confidentiality. What can he divulge or not and for how long his oath legally inforced?

Diana Ballard | Aug 12, 2022
Jacob Greene | Aug 13, 2022

He can never divulge anything. You can seek civil action for damages if that occurs.
