Booked a spot/ticket to get in a week in advance, showed up on time and was promptly turned away with the attendant pointing at a sign saying full. Wouldnt even let me explain that I prepaid for this spot. Because I was running late to my train, I left and parked elsewhere.Since I didnt park there and prepaid, I wanted to get a refund. Later that night, I both emailed and called the posted email and number only to be told that I MAY get a refund once they look into the situation and since I emailed they have to look into the email before the phone call. (To clarify I first sent an email explaining the situation with screenshots, then a couple minutes later, went back to the website and saw they had a 24/7 phone number and called; advised to wait for them to email back.) At this point, it is going on the more than 2 week with ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION NOR REFUND. I followed up twice requesting some kind of communication or even better a refund and still nothing. DONT PARK HERE!! Edit: after they responded to another review telling me to email yet another email, I did just for my email to be kicked back to me, saying the email doesn’t accept emails from out of organization. everyone here is giving me the run around, just unacceptable and unprofessional

I parked for 3 nights here and flew from EWR. I paid around 40 bucks via way.com which is a fair amount for 3 nights. However, my flight got delayed and I arrived around 30 minutes late to pick up the car. The attendant showed up around another 15 minutes later and asked me to pay additional 16 bucks to let me go, as I was late. Uber takes around $30 (one way) from here to the airport. Lyft is far more cheaper ($12 or so), but you’ll have to wait for a long time to get a ride. Not recommended for park and fly.

Entering this parking garage is absolute hell during concert season: DO NOT try to enter the semicircle to get into the garage fron Raymond Plaza W, you wont be able to. Instead, go around on Raymond Boulevard, theres an entrance right under that big iverhead tunnel thing thatll direct you in. Decent parking garage, bit of a tight squeeze, but not a problem. Used prepaid parking, you have to go into the office to sign a form with the guy.

This is self park. You drive up to a machine (or a person manning the machine) and get a ticket - it has a timestamp of when you parked, and then park your car. When you're done, you present the ticket to a machine on the other side and pay
Yes
Nope, you just drive in and you get a ticket at the machine (you stay in your car. If its really busy, an attendant will hand you a ticket - you don't have to pay until you leave)
