The place would be great if it wasn't infested with roaches. Even after they spray (which is only on Fridays) they still don't go anywhere. We have complained time and time again with no results. They are in our clothes and appliances! I just had one at my computer desk at work that was obviously in my clothing. We are disgusted and sick of dealing with this. We kill about 15 - 20 per day. I will be adding pics to this later.

I lived here for a year and a half and it was great. Angie and Kim, who are the managers, go out of their way for everyone and are so nice and accommodating. It's a great location right off the i5 and near a 24/7 Starbucks. The team is working really hard to improve the place. For the price it is a good place to live. My only complaint is the road maintenance outside the apartment complex takes years to finish.

I would like to take this space to tell everyone about my living experience in terrace apartment. I am staying here for almost a year and feel happy about the right decision to move here. The new manager is very friendly and all the service requests raised were taken care on time. I live in a 750-800sqf 1BHK apartment and still have lots of free space even after putting my ping pong table, 2 sofas,TV set,dinning table/chair set,bed and bench press(gym) equipments. I have a very good view to foster farm golf park and can see Seattle downtown and space needle from the balcony. Now comes the awesome part. Rent is very cheap($775 including water,sewage and garbage). Electricity bill for winter comes close to $38/month and summer,spring and autumn time it comes close to $15-18/month. Thanks to seattle city light. There is a big play ground near by and has a tennis court available for everyone. All grocery shops(walmart,target,DKmarket...) and malls(southcenter mall) are near by. Commuting to seattle takes only 20-25mins by bus(150). Thanks to frequent bus services by king county metro.
