“Mistakes happen” was all Sean and Farah could tell me after they gave my packages away to someone else. They put my packages (multiple) in someone else’s parcel locker. Gee, thanks a million USPS. Why am I even paying you for a PO Box at this point? All you do is misplace, give away or outright steal my mail. You literally have one job, and you can’t even get that right. The United States post office is consistently feckless and inept. Period. If you visit this location be sure to ask for Sean or Farah, they love giving your packages away to other customers!

I stopped by the United States Postal Service, 200 Israel Rd SE, Tumwater, WA 98501 to mail some letters while here on business in Tumwater. It is literally just down the street from my office so it was super-easy to find it. It sits just off of Capitol Boulevard SE. Once you turn it is really easy to see from the street. And they have a drive up access road to drop mail off from your vehicle. Great little post office right here in town.

The representative at the United States Postal Office was combative with me and was arguing with me when I was asking questions on what I needed to do. I understand you're busy and totally get that but do not take it out on your customers!!
