Hello Katie, We are a contract station with the United States Post Office. We sell basic Postal services and act as a collection point for US Mail. USPS does not provide the station with scanning equipment and software for us to scan tracking numbers directly into the US Mail system. All mail and parcels left or shipped at our location is collected at 1:15pm and 5:15pm each weekday by the US Postal Service and is driven to the Jefferson Street PO dock to be transferred to the sort facility. Any mail dropped or processed at our location after 5:15pm is stored behind a security system to wait for collection the following day. We can provide a drop off receipt upon request for our customers who bring in an occasional package. This receipt does not link to USPS in any way, it only reflects that a parcel with that tracking number was left at our location and accepted by one of our employees. Hi Joe, If you are needing to have your mail delivered temporarily to a different address you will need to fill out a mail forwarding request with the US Post Office. You can do this online at https://moversguide.usps.com/mgo/disclaimer?referral=MG80 for a nominal fee or with a postcard for free that is available at our location or any official USPS location. Make sure you mark your move as temporary. If you have any other questions please give us a call here at the store between 9:30am and 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
Mailboxes are only accessible during business hours.
Hey there Mr Pudge, welcome to the area! We unfortunately don't have access to the carriers at our location. If you haven't already had a chance to talk to your letter carrier, you'll need to contact the main Post Office at 900 Jefferson St. to get information on your specific route.
