I go here often to mail packages overseas and my experience is always great. Everyone that I have encountered is extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. They work quickly to help customers if it’s busy but still take the time to answer questions and make sure everyone has what they need. Whenever I’ve needed a box or a form, they’ve had it stocked and ready. Thank you all!

Highly unprofessional supervisor Mr. Joe S. He did not helped me with redeliver of amazon package. The problem was delivery person who has the health issues and was not able to deliver heavy items. The delivery guy is so sick & dishonest that he/she did not bother to come to my house to deliver the package in Ist attempt and left message that I was not at home. After calling more then 10 time, Mr. Joe told me that he cannot redeliver the package because he has to take care of other customer. I requested him to assign another delivery person to deliver package but he refused. I never expected such a bad service.

My package arrived last night. It was sent on 3rd Dec. for a $157 two days air. I am reviewing YOU instead of UPS because this is not a UPS HQ issue. I packed my box from a box I bought from your store the day before for $20. I wrote a letter on instruction to you to ship ground, which I wrote "please ship ground" with specific addresses, and phone numbers (To and From); my address is already in the system, so you need to type one address. I later found out from my sister who speaks broken English and does not read English "the people said I have to let them pack the box and other stuff, and it will arrive in two days! Isn't that great? Oh, it also cost $157!). I also found out you put a signature upon delivery, which caused the driver to take the box back when I am not home (shocker since signature meant more money). However, last night, the driver left the box even though no one sign for it. What made me MOST angry was when I open this HUGE BOX, (which I thought was from Costco) I found 6 inches of space from the top of the box to where my stuff sits. Yes, there will be some settling. For those who do not know, the price of shipping is derived from the dimension of the box plus the weight. YOU took advantage of a woman who doesn't understand English very well. I realize I should have known better, but I used to work for UPS...Yeah, I should have known better.

In my experience, buying hundreds of items for work, school, and personal use, and also shipping out used textbooks over the last 7 years I have found that USPS always offers me the least expensive service with the fastest delivery time out of any courier in the country. When given a choice after 7 years of experience shipping goods, I always choose USPS. I also had a PO Box at this particular location a few years ago, and I never had a single problem, and the price was beyond reasonable.
