Appt at 10 am. It is now 11 am and still in room waiting to be seen. Nurse taking flu shot patients when I have been waiting an hour in room. Will never come here again

I will go 2 1/2 stars. Mixed reviews. Went a few months ago and the NP I saw then, he was awesome. Today 7/19/22 she was nice enough but, with no other patients waiting, man o man did she rush me in and out. I had a covid test negative earlier in the week but, worsening symptoms. Today, no test. I guess you can't get covid with a week of a test. Seemed extremely uninterested in genuinely helping. And I suppose folks aren't treated or tested for influenza anymore.

I have been seeing Keith the last several years here at the Bellevue location and I have to say to whoever do whatever it takes to keep this guy he's is just simply great. He always remembers my name and my daughter Abby and wife Patti's name even though he sees us maybe every 6 months. Don't let him leave and I would go nowhere else as long as Keith is there
