Appointment made a week ago STILL sitting in waiting room AS I WRITE THIS for over an hour. Patient after patient that did NOT have appointment went ahead of us. Front desk receptionist said not enough staff.

Very poor patient care - the provider did not seem educated on caring for children with minor URI symptoms. She asked my son to rate his ear ache with the visual pain scale, had to look up all medications on her computer and then overdosed my son's antibiotic. Additionally, she prescribed an ear drop for an inner ear infection. I have reached out to Kroger customer service as I feel her practicing there is unsafe. Please look for care elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. My appointment to get a steroid shot and antibiotics for my sinus infection turned into over an hour visit. When the nurse practitioner came in, she seemed VERY lost and kept asking the same thing over and over. I asked if she could give me a steroid shot because I get a sinus infection every yr and that’s what my primary physician does. She said she didn’t like giving shots so she was going to give me an oral dose, and said “I hope you don’t mind”. If you’ve ever had a shot vs oral, you’d know the shot works much faster and I was already visibly miserable. She then had to get on her phone and look up what to prescribe me. We spent 30 minutes in silence because she couldn’t figure out how to send the script to my nearby pharmacy. She was taking so long that the front desk woman came in the room and told her the waiting room was full of patients for their appointments. I told her to forget it and just send it to the Newport Kroger (right next to her office.) just to find out an hour later she never called it in, and the pharmacist had to walk over and force her to sign so she could fill my script. The worst part of it all is after I received my meds, I called a family friend who is an APRN and she said I was prescribed 6 times the dose I was supposed to and would get very sick. SHE PRESCRIBED ME 6 TIMES HIGHER OF A DOSE THAN WHAT MY BODY COULD HANDLE. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

just get ready to wait. I waited almost 2 hours past my appointment time. it was like being in Jail, but less reading materials. the girl in front of me also waited almost 2 hours past their appointment time and it was all because they only had one doctor on staff, and nobody working the front desk at all. I will take my business elsewhere from now on and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same.
