Absolutely fantastic service today. I went in to get a headlight bulb and wipers and they helped me figure out exactly what I needed and then replaced the bulb and wipers for me. I will definitely go back for anything i need in the future.

Friendly individuals who easily helped me find what I needed. Also helped give me advice on my car troubles. While they haven't worked on my car, I've seen employees open up customers' hoods and take a look to try and help. :)

I want to start by saying I am 43 years old and my interaction with Robert today, at the AutoZone Newport location, was hands-down the best ever! I came in with a 'check engine' light; Robert ran the tester on my truck and put the info in the computer - he let me read the error, which could have been in Latin for all I knew. In layman's terms, Robert explained it perfectly, so I purchased the parts. I told Robert I was probably going to have a mechanic do the work but he offered some advice and knowledgeable suggestions so I thought I would try. I was able to replace one of the parts easily but needed additional tools to replace the other, so I returned to the same AutoZone. Very professionally, Robert (and his co-worker, but I don't have his name) loaned me three different tools. I was able to complete the job in the parking lot, but had to come in and out of the store once or twice with a question. Robert was able to multitask and quickly answer my question while working with other customers. The "above and beyond" aspect of my interaction with Robert was when he stopped-out to check on me. That was awesome! I do minimal work on my truck but with Robert's helpfulness, I did the job, and easily saved several hundred dollars (by not going to mechanic). AutoZone...you have a very good employee, keep him happy (for your customers sake). Thanks again, Robert. Preciatecha!!!

I've had 2-shots-aka vaccine & I still wear a mask EVERYDAY I leave the house and that will CONTINUE until the covid committee tell me it's TOTALLY SAFE!
During covid it's hit or miss. Some will, some won't. They'll still teach you how verbally.
