Struggled online to even get to point to apply for benefits, I made three calls for assistance and was met with nothing but kindness and help. Headed into the office for an appt and the handsome gentleman who helped me met me with a smile and was able to assist me and get me in the right direction. Wish I could remember his name, he was great! Super helpful and easy to talk to. No complaints for me in Stage 1.

Nope. They're only taking calls between I think 6 and noon. And then they return them but they've yet to return mine from a week ago. Sorry I can't give you a more positive answer.
