Worst hospital on the Air Force. People here do not care about your medical needs and will make excuses not to treat you. I have been misdiagnosed, mistreated, and had to wait several weeks for simple appointments. The ER is horrible! The wait times are horrendous and say they take you based on severity but it's really based off of your ethnicity.

I went to the emergency room and there was absolutely nobody to be found. Not a single employee or staff member. The lights were turned off at the reception desk in the emergency room lobby. I won’t be recommending this facility to anybody. Very disappointed.

Absolutely awful. Was misdiagnosed several times when there’s no possible way I could’ve had said diagnosis, I go to another doctor off base and was told it was something completely different and quite serious and they missed it somehow. I was also told by a DOCTOR here that I “must’ve got it from somewhere” when I told her there’s no way I could have the diagnosis she gave me….when all the tests for the diagnosis came back negative. I’d give zero stars if I could. Just overall unprofessional and uneducated staff.

Great experience here. They were fast in getting us care and knowledgeable.

Probably because after it is restocked they can't verify the freshness after it has been on the shelf for who knows how long!
They held open flu shots last week in the atrium. I had read that they would be available in the Immunization clinic after that.
ER is open 24/7

Yes, as long as you are eligible. I'm 66 and on Tri Care for Life plus Medicare and use the base hospital regularly.
A doctor at a military facility can write a paper prescription for you to hand carry to a civilian pharmacy. They do Not call in nor send prescriptions electronically to civilian pharmacies.

1st floor by Clinic A
Yes
If you are looking for the auditorium it is in the basement of the hospital i believe. If it is the Atrium you are looking for it is main/center hall or the hospital where the main pharmacy is.
