Today I was trying to get cell phone service for an elderly friend. It was a nightmare with consumer cellular. I'm a current customer with ATT. When we were treated like dirt at CC I said...lets go to ATT and see if I can put you on my plan. From the moment we walked in we were treated with respect and felt valuable. Rahvae, the store manager gave us sterling service. He listened and helped us come up with a monthly plan that works. He took time with us and acted as if we were the only people in the store. When he hit a snag transporting data he called over Kevin who instantly knew how to complete the transaction. Both Kevin and Rahvae treated us like we were valuable and appreciated. If asked, I will send anyone who is looking for 5 star service to their store. Thank you
