I’m so new at the band thing and everyone at Kincaid’s has been so helpful anytime I need anything. And bonus I don’t even have to go get it, they take it right to the school!!! Love it!

I can hardly say enough good things about "Kincaid's Is Music" shop in Springfield, Ohio. I am new to teaching band and also needed some items to get St. Patrick's School up and going. Nick and Jon were fabulous with giving me all the help I needed. They not only answered all my questions but they let me know that they were here for me this year. They were awesome listeners which I greatly appreciated. They were full of important information that I definitely needed and they were so kind. The store itself was immaculate. I would recomend this music shop to anyone. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience! Teresa Gray Music/Band Teacher St. Patrick School

My experience with Kincaid’s is Music was fantastic from the first call. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, informative. Kincaid’s is excellent at giving you the information you need to make an informed decision. Their rental program is extremely flexible and almost too good to be true. They even put a rush on my online order that was put in last minute. Thank you Kincaid’s, my first experience with instrument rental was a great one.

Absolutely - we ship many packages all around the nation every day, so this won’t be a problem at all!
There are different prices based on whether you purchase brand new or gently used. They have very affordable rent to own options. While you are renting, all repairs are covered. If your child switched to a different instrument, they apply the balance to the new one.
Yes, our repair technician can replace banjo heads. :)
I’m not sure I totally understand your question, Tina. If you’re asking if we normally carry Peavy PA systems, no we don’t, though we can order Peavy equipment for you. If you’re asking if we’d like to purchase a Peavy PA system that you own and are looking to sell, we probably would not, but would appreciate the opportunity to talk with you about it further to be certain. I hope that was helpful. If not, I’d appreciate it if you could clarify your question. Thanks!
That’s possible - we would need to see the instrument before we could give you any idea of what we’d be willing to do as far as trade-in value is concerned.
Yes you can if you have there rent to own program
Yes they have two or three different kinds
If you are renting your instrument from us, it is covered as a part of your rental. If not, strings do indeed vary, so we’d need more information. To give you a ballpark price, they’ll start around $5-6.
Michaela is correct that we have one location in Springfield. However, we have a handful of associate store around the Miami Valley for those renting instruments or returning rental instruments (or dropping them off so we can pick them up for repair). As of now (11/6/18), the Piano Preparatory School in Beavercreek, Hometown Music in Urbana, Star City Music Studios in Miamisburg, Trojan City Music in Troy, and the BRD House in Vandalia are those locations. If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
We do offer piano lessons! Since information changes daily (and sometimes moment by moment), it'd be best if you could give us a call so we can talk through your options with you.
Well, there's considerably more cork on a saxophone than a trumpet, but they replaced my corks for free. So I'm assuming under $50. I always make my cost expectations really high. Just make an appointment. The turn around time for repairs is 7-10 business days. Its their busy season
They do give lessons. You would need to contact tgem for pricing
It goes by weeks in a month so it's around 64 for 4 weeks and 80 for 5 but I would call and ask first
Call and ask or go to the store
