Called to check if a record was in stock, they asked the name & before I could even finish saying it, was hung up on with no response. All within 10 seconds. Called back twice and on the second time, employee said “I don’t have whatever you want” and hung up again. Embarrassingly rude service, what’s the point of even asking the artist name…

I was in Seattle on vacation. Found a few albums I wanted but had no room in my suitcase to bring them back to Michigan with me. The owner offered to ship them back to Michigan for me. Took about a week and a half and the albums arrived with no issues! Thank You , I will definitely be back the next time I am in Seattle.

Guys who worked there were friendly. Albums were organized and easy to browse by artist and genre. They were offering a holiday discount when I visited which was nice. Found an album that I had been looking for and hadn't seen in record stores back home. Would recommend this store for vinyl and Christmas shopping for music lovers on your list.
